Art commissioned from me may not be used commercially without prior agreement/discussion.

I retain the right to use commissioned pieces as examples for advertisement purposes, as well as in a digital portfolio.

Payments must be sent before any work will be done. Half up front, and the rest after a sketch has been approved.

Payment plans are available for any commissions over $200

Payments are sent via a Paypal Invoice. All prices are in USD (paypal can convert currencies.)

Refunds are only offered if: I cannot complete the piece due to circumstances, or if there's an issue with the client. You will get a 50% refund no matter the progress on the commission.

Charge-backs result in blacklisting and re-purposing of your commission for resale.

You MUST have a clear, FLAT COLOURED reference image ready when you commission me. I will not work with shaded references or written descriptions.

An exception to this rule is if you're ordering a reference sheet. If ordering a reference sheet you MUST have images to supplement the written description. Moodboards and inspirational images are acceptable.

All finished pieces will have my watermark on them. I do not provided unmarked pieces.

Do not re-upload my art under any circumstances without prior written permission (Toyhou.se is allowed, using as a graphic on an offsite page is allowed if you're the commissioner -credit required.)

You may not resell any commissions/art received from me with a Non Fungible Token (NFT) or through any form of Cryptocurrency, or use it for anything to do with the blockchain.

I will never resell/repurpose your commission piece(s) with Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs) or involve it with anything blockchain related.

Art made by me is to be credited to Cryptidmickle when uploaded to Toyhou.se, otherwise my Deviantart is to be used.
